Pet Portraits Gallery: A ‘Tail’ of Two Styles

Style is always a matter of personal opinion and preference. And it’s often fun to try out new styles and go for something a bit different. When it comes to my art, that is exactly what’s been happening. I now have two pet portrait styles to offer you – Playful Petrayals Gallery and Friendly Reflections Gallery. You can have a choice of styles that will always represent the essence of your beloved pet and best friend. No matter what style you choose, your pet’s eyes and the tilt of their head truly make the painting one-of-a-kind and captures their unique personality.

Playful Petrayals Gallery

Colorful, bold, bright, vibrant – a playful depiction of your pet in a variety of situations. Lounging on a chair, sitting on the couch or chasing a ball. This new painting style of mine really uses deep colorful combinations with a bit of abstraction to capture the essence of your pet. It’s the creative use of unique colors that represent the heart and soul of your best friend.

Painterly, vivid and spirited – artistic reflections that capture a more familiar, realistic depiction of your pet. Typically this painting style focuses on a close-in view of your pet, recreating their distinct personality through their facial expressions and especially their eyes.

Tater

“Having a beautiful portrait of Tater, who passed away last year, is a wonderful memorial and tribute to my sweet dog. Andy has also painted my other two dogs and a Nubian goat of ours. Andy’s considerable talents are obvious in all of her artwork. I enjoy looking at her colorful paintings every single day.”

Indy

“Our house has several paintings from Canvas Canines, and we are very pleased with anything we have gotten from Andy. Stand by…I think you’ll see some interesting things coming from this artist.”

Let’s create a memory of a lifetime!
